QKA Quarters is our newest development on Keuka Lake. Located midway between Hammondsport and Penn Yan, Quarters offers stunning views of the Lake. The property is along Keuka Village Road making it easy to walk or bike to restaurants, Winery's or the Distillery.

The Quarters Houses are designed as vacation homes with an open design with four bedroom three baths, including two Master Suites. Lots of amenities including Laundry room, rec room, spacious decks, gas grills.

The Quarters are also an excellent option if you already have a location on Keuka and need extra space for relatives and visitors.

Pontoon Boat Rentals and dock access are located at the Split Rock Compound 2 miles south of Quarters.
